    They FORCE you to sign on like literally HARASS you until you get tired and give up into working with them and they rush the whole process and leave you confused without giving you the full information and then blame it on you saying they told you everything from the beginning and LEAVE YOU AT A GREAT LOSS!!! Horrible horrible company. Trying to get out of working with them ASAP. Customer service is however nice. Everyone was helpful to the best of their ability but Beyond menu needs to do better or not do anything at all.

    This company stealing my google account and put their info in my restaurant page for online order! This is really disgusting, and their customer service is really rude, keeping calling my restaurant and bother my business, I need to cancel work with them, and suggestion every body don’t use this company, service really awful!

    My client’s restaurant operates throughout the pandemic, but her google profile is shown as no dine-in. Thanks to all who posted their experience here. All the claims confirm my suspicion. I don’t understand how Google will even verified them as the rightful owner of a restaurant. Maybe their delivery man took the Google postcard while they are at our shop? The “no dine-in” is really a smart move because it drives all the customers to their business. Except it costs us a toll. Customers seem to have long remember that we remained close.... now it is extra difficult to get them back. Their charges are low comparing to many competitors. But to claim a listing you don’t own and actually change the status to no dine-in is PURE EVIL.

    They should follow other apps and allow you to have a “busy” mode or to turn off ordering easily (if you’re too busy at the moment). They also need to have a phone number verification for customers so that restaurants don’t have to deal with fake numbers. Their app seems pretty out of date compared to other services. Recently, their “future order” feature doesn’t show the red bar so you can’t even tell it’s a future order unless you’re paying close attention.
