I accidentally deleted my membership with OurTime (I thought I was deleting another online dating site account). When I tried to sign in the next day I was unable to and then reached out to the site to ask for help signing in. They informed me that I had deleted my account. I asked to have it reinstated and was told I had to create a new account and that my two months of credit I had left could not be applied to my new account. This just feels so wrong and unfair. I wanted others to be informed so as to not make the same mistake.

Anyone using a dating app expects to have to pay for perks or extras, but this app makes you pay for EVERYTHING. This makes it utterly useless and the absolute worst dating app I’ve ever used. If you want to message someone, you need to pay, if you want to read a message someone sent you, you need to pay. Even something basic like a mutual match…yep, you have to PAY. DO NOT download this app. It’s an utter waste.

The leads are no where close to what I’ve described in my profile. The geography is off sometimes 15-60-90+ miles away no matter how many times I adjust the range. Often times the pictures loaded are blank or they’re of flowers or pets or sunrises and not of the potential humans. One or two pictures of a pet or a pretty landscape or flower/plant to demonstrate one’s personality is reasonable but some of the profiles don’t have any pictures or any questions answered at all or the ones that are loaded are a blurry screen like their phone went off by accident in their pocket. It appears there’s no human quality control over this app and it’s all AI and the AI quality control is poor at best.

This app is worthless! I have been on here for 6 months and I have not gone on one date yet! The men on here only wanna look, they don’t wanna talk or if you do connect with them and talk with them they don’t wanna meet! Save yourself some money do not use this app. It’s a waste of time and money! They also will not boost your profile or show your profile, unless you boost yourself, which cost you extra money, shame on this app for being such a money trap! They want to keep you hooked on here by paying people before you pay money to fake likes and messages! When you sign up you find no such thing! Do not use this app!

Can’t see any messages, likes, etc and get a code error when I try to look at who I liked. App is now useless and have to use website.

The suggestions do not fit what you state you’re interested it! The scammers are in every set of “suggestions”. They do nothing to the fake profiles! You pay to message, yet they do not show you the messages, only “it’s your turn to message”. WTH DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Terrible can’t get help at any time. No one on one support to explain the situation to. I paid for 6 months service and got 2 days use no response except a text with a code and no instructions. Don’t waste your money. I could have gotten more responses for spending $89.99 buying drinks at the local bar

You can’t talk to anybody for free but you can swipe all day. You can’t match with anybody for free but you can like all day,so pointless. It’s a Money grab. So unrealistic for this 3.9 rating.

The app is horrible. It keeps emailing me saying someone likes me or sent me a message but there is nothing. Total waste of money. I’ve been using other free apps and get better responses.

What’s going on With this app, there’s no communication whatsoever and there’s not even communication even if you message somebody. Is everything just purely broken all the time and that’s how you make your money by everybody just not paying for this?
