    I use this app between therapy appointments. There is so much here. Assessments, therapy prep, mood tracking, mini lessons, AI chatbots, activities… any time I’m feeling like I need a boost or some support I check in with the app and there’s always something to try and something to help. And it keeps trend data that I can reflect on to see my progress or note things to touch on in counseling. It’s great.

    This app has been pretty helpful in helping me to reprogram my thinking. The exercise help challenge your mind, and it honestly makes me think of it I were talking to someone else without that negative bias toward myself. The activities are quick but helpful, the daily self affirmations is a quick pick me up to get you in the right headspace, and the emotion and feelings list is pretty accurate in helping you assess your mood and mindset. I just got this yesterday, but it’s been pretty nice. I haven’t been able to explore all the features yet. The only thing is I would like to be able to schedule reminders for outside tasks, but I know this isn’t quite an app to assist with ADHD, mainly reprogramming your thinking.

    I really love this app and have been using it for over a year. The new Chatbot/Chat AI is such a great feature but frustrating because I keep getting errors and can’t continue the chat. I have to close it and open it again and start all over because the AI doesn’t recall the conversation. To be anxious and using this feature adds more stress.

    This app offers a 7-day trial but only if you authorize the $70 charge at the end of those 7 days. After reading other reviews, there is no way to try for the 7 days and if it doesn’t work for you, not pay to continue. That isn’t a trial. That is 7 days free when you pay for a year.

    it’s actually crazy how great this app is. i had low expectations seeing it on tiktok ads, and expected it to be a scam with the huge price. however, it’s been worth every penny. the app contains crash courses, guides, journals, meditations, even CBT and (admittedly less good) DBT chat bots. it’s crazy how i’ve seen such an improvement simply writing down and pointing out my cognitive distortions. plus, the app also incorporates other types of therapies and modalities, such as DBT, ACT and behavioral activation. would highly recommend to anyone interested in improving their life, or wanting to focus on CBT.

    10/10, plz do yourself a favor and download now. And the subscription is SO WORTH IT!! I cannot speak highly enough of this app. I work in mental healthcare, and this is SUCH a valuable tool. I love the AI chatbots and journal—I am so impressed by their accuracy and relevant questions. Whenever I am mindful of how I’m feeling, this app is my go-to for logging mood. It has helpful information and even guided breathing
