I had a very minor issue, which could have been easily resolved; not only did they not resolve it, but they would not assist me in getting a refund. Buyer beware!

This app works but when it fails and support only does text You cannot talk to anyone live on phone If they did this sure would save a lot of time going on over a week of texting back and forth and getting nowhere.

I just got this trial and I’m getting a lot of calls from strange numbers that aren’t telephone numbers so I’m unable to block them. One should be able to block any number regardless of format. Also, there is no schedule so you have to manually put everything to voice—so annoying. I don’t want calls after 5p nor in the middle of the night. I’m trying to get away from Conversation that took over SmartLine—which has been a nightmare no longer being able to text. But I may have to return to that rather than get the bombardment of strange calls from unidentifiable numbers that you can’t block. You are also more expensive than other types of 2nd lines with less features like being able to control your schedule.

I've tried to pay for a month and now my messages can't be sent and didn't get messages from people. This needs to be fixed because I can't pay for another month again if you can't fix this. Just started using this app and I don't expect this to happen because many people ain't gonna use this app if it cannot be fixed I'm also going to go official for this if you can't fix it as soon as possible. Please fix it within a few days so I can have hope of using your app. Thanks

There is a lot of spam calling. Several similar looking numbers call, then hang up. You block them, they just call with another. You call them back, the number doesn’t exist. Once in a while you hear some rustling or something then it stops, so you know someone is on the other line. Otherwise it’s not too bad.

This app is the slowest loading app on my phone, without question. Difficult to use for work everyday

I need more speed in the app

In app settings not able to find logout option, even after renewal it shows subscription required banner for all team members. No option to call support. When I try to chat that keep showing useless messages. Even 1 start is very big rating for them. Charged me twice for same subscription but still shows same message. If your team does not know how to build quality product better stop cheating customer.

This service is useless. Whenever I get a call on my sideline number, and I answer it, the caller can not hear me and ultimately hang up. Complete waste of money.
