  • Sideline developers need to be fired already!

    By JonMacBookPro
The App Preview looks nothing like the actual app. Hire more competent developers who don’t take over 3 weeks to fix app glitches preventing you from adding Team Numbers! Cancelling this app after 5 years of use, and switching to another company. Sorry your company can’t figure out how to make a functional app all the sudden! Very sad!
  • Glitches non-stop

    By apt620
If you are looking for an app that runs smoothly and doesn’t freeze the page every time you click on something... this is not the app for you.
  • Complaint going to the Ohio state attorney generals

    By BLDPC
I would’ve been content to leave my phone number here but then I asked about information on my account and I was refuse the information they wanted 1999 to give it to me. And then when I said well what if I wanna move my number they said I have to pay. In the state of Ohio you cannot charge somebody to move your phone number. I’ve sent them the information and the attorney general website which I will be filing a complaint and I’m going to file a complaint with Apple! I would’ve been content to leave my number here but now they’re holding it hostage. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I’m letting everybody I know my personal experience with this company!!
  • Good in theory but flaws

    By chandvm
I’ve used it for almost a year. Although customer service is typically quick to respond, I’ve had glitches intermittently where the app won’t ring for my team members or other issues with the incoming calls not being able to be silenced from my phone. The only way to silence it is to block it. Now, I can’t add a new hire as a team member and this impacts my ability to use it for my business. I’m now getting vague answers and last was told it would be corrected by Friday. That was 2 days ago. I’ll be looking for an alternative ASAP.
  • No outgoing calls

    By cv-mac
I have not been able to make outgoing calls for some time now. Cannot find any tech support. I already prepaid for a year.
  • Not receiving calls

    By hghdhghsggfhhbsgjf
Used this app a while back when it was still free and never had any issues. Now that they charge I constantly have clients telling me that they weren’t able to reach me due to the number being disconnected. Terrible app.
  • Functionality

    By gywyg
Sideline used to be at least a 4 Star when everything worked. Now I find myself not getting notifications for messages (unless I open the app and check). Receiving as well as sending texts have a slow delaying before it sends. Caller ID isn’t working (simply says “incoming call”). These are only the few problems that I’m facing while using this app.
  • Increase

    By MEi561
They went from $2.99 a month to $9.99 a month. that’s kind of steep in my book. Enjoyed it while it lasted. There’s no way I will pay that kind of money for this kind of service. Not only that, they bill you annually. You can get a second number from your provider cheaper than this.
  • Somehow leaks your personal phone number

    By autdas

  • Spam Calls

    By Ledaem
Last week, I started receiving spam calls. Sometimes they are back to back. Why is this happening? I’m paying for this service.
