    Today I found out that what was supposed to be a private second number was actually linked online with my legal name, address, and my email. When you use the service, all of your information will be given to services online, so a simple simple online search would reveal all of your personal information When I contacted Sideline , they knew nothing about this!!! Unbelievable!!!!
  • Do not use for business calls!

    I have subscribed to this app for a few months now and am not receiving all of the text messages sent to me and missed/made calls are not registering on the app. I have missed out of business because of this app! Support says that I send the same messages to lots of people and thats why I got flagged but thats exactly what a business does. I get asked questions about my product and respond with the same answers.

    I just signed up and ported my number from Text Now. Customer Support has been excellent and they guided me through everything from numerous questions to the actual porting process. Very impressed and far better than any customer service experience I’ve had with other providers!

    I loved Sideline when I first subscribed over a year ago. Recently they blocked my number out of no where, with no warning either! Unsubscribing today and going to switch to a more reliable platform to communicate with my clients. This platform scans all your text and has way to much rules in order to keep your line working. It’s a shame because they are going to lose soooooo much business.

    Everybody says this is only $10 a month and this is what I pay but now they want to charge me 1499. What a scam it’s even googled $10 a month. Why would they just scam me like this? I only want to have a standard plan that’s $9.99 a month, nobody will help fix this because I got a new phone. I kept the same number and everything will help.

    Nicky from CS was great but a bit disappointed with Sideline. It actually goes down more often than many other text platforms. Also the company keeps zero records on billing. Hope it gets improved and fewer downtimes
