I downloaded it and it didn’t make any difference in spam calls or texts. I’m on my third day of the trial and second day trying to cancel. I contacted support and followed their directions and there is no cancel button where they say BEWARE: this is the Hotel California of apps

The following day after I uploaded this program, those annoying spam calls increased ten fold! I truly believe this app is designed to do the opposite of what it claims. Terrible app.

The app is good, but certainly not worth $75 a year. Tripling the price on this renewal? Hard pass.

What is going on. When did the cost go up and trying to figure out where the verbiage is about annual cost is no where no just see my renewal is set for $89.99 and there is an option for $99.99 but can’t find any info on the benefit differences. I know when I signed up last year it was $39.99 and I was fine with that. Sent an email - no response

I’m a paid user. I switched from AT&T to Verizon last month but Robokiller continued to forward unanswered calls to AT&T”s voicemail system. Nobody could leave a voice message because of that. I found an article on Robokiller’s help center that tells me to contact support if I switched carriers and says that they would update their system to sort things out for me. So I did just that, but the customer support refused to help and told me to use the troubleshoot feature on the app instead, which is useless. I will request a refund if they can’t get this issue resolved within the next few days.

I have used this app for a long time, and have always been super happy with it. It has saved my sanity countless times … but the new price hike from $29.99 a year to $79.99 a year?? Sorry - that’s crazy. So sad to see you go, but a 2.5x increase is just too much.

How do I contact support? I can’t write anything on the chat. I was charge twice for my monthly payment. How do I get my money back? My bank told me to contact you. Thank you

Terrible. Does it work!

So I started using this app on my old phone number and it was working decently. I got a new phone and NEW phone number recently. With the brand new number I wasn’t getting ANY spam calls but I thought what the heck, I still have some time left wit this app left so I’ll start using it rather than wasting my money. I don’t give this number out to ANYONE but after a short stint of using this app, after my time was up and I am not longer using it, I am now FLOODED every day, multiple times a day with spam calls. Seems a bit fishy right after stopping using this app, on a brand new number that was not getting spammed, it is now getting bombarded with calls. Could it be they just shared my brand new number with everyone to get me back as a paying customer? Consider yourself warned

Ever since the Apple iOS update with their own silence call feature, the app has gone down hill. I turned off the Apple feature and would still get unknown number calls, instead of them forwarded to robo. Contacted their support and not much help at all. Deleted app, reinstalled…all that and now get 5-10 calls a day. The app did work great at one point. Maybe the scammers found a way through robo’s protection? It’s annoying as a business owner and will have to delete the app since it no longer works as advertised, especially for the price.
