  • Worked great, now it hasn’t blocked a call in 3 months

Unfortunately I along with many other recent reviewers have had the same negative experience of this app working great a few months ago blocking practically everything to now not blocking a single call in months. I’m about to personally write the company and ask for a refund this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve reactivated the app I even got a new phone in the meantime and still nothing gets blocked.

RoboKiller worked great for a month. My subscription is not expired. When I contacted their customer support it is all automated and can’t respond to my actually questions. When I ask for a human it still doesn’t take me there. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend this
  • Good app but...

So I like the app a lot. But I have an important question that I feel should be obvious somewhere, but I must be missing it. I have not been able to successfully contact the developers or support. Which is a bummer. Since I have recently been spammed by international calls, I’m wondering if I will be charged by my carrier for the RoboKiller bot picking them up. If so... can I disable that particular portion. Just block those calls. Or should I disable the bots entirely to still have protection but avoid surprise charges?

I’ve gotten five Robo calls since this morning after buying this app. I set it up correctly, but the app didn’t thwart any of these calls. What gives?!

I have an iPhone 10 and the latest OS and now robokiller crashes when I open it. I uninstalled then reinstalled after a reboot but it keeps crashing. I thought this was fixed? I am a paying customer. Fix this annoying bug and I will change the review for now you only get 1 star.

I repeatedly received spam calls on my phone this app captured less than 1% of them. It was a waste of money for me.

This app blocked 40 calls in 2days it’s well worth the $28 a year .. now I can have a piece on mind without all the calls
  • Makes you pay AFTER downloading.

Just charge in the App Store. Why trick people and waste their time? That is just annoying and leads to bad reviews like this!

RoboKiller is one of the best apps for scam callers...and yes it actually works and it works extremely well. If someone calls you from a number similar to yours it automatically detects it and blocks the call, same thing for robocalls and scammers. Their registry of known scammers updates frequently!! Love this app so much.

RoboKiller worked great at first, but now I get 2-3 spam calls a day again. I’m about to cancel the subscription to RK.
