  • Doesn’t work anymore

    By Dante Danis
Once you disconnect a device, it is permanent and cannot be recognized your WiFi anymore. I have to hard reset my modem and iPhone to work them again
  • New update hasn’t fixed anything with ios 12.

    By roxhazy
This was a decent app but the new update has done more damage than good. Constantly times out now, this we can no longer pause the internet because who knows when I could resume when it times out if we wanted to resume. “Retry” doesn’t work. Ever. Hope they fix it or otherwise our circle is just a box of nothing.
  • Got it to work on my Orbi with double nat

    By Nav app gone
Update it now works. I’ll leave it as a 4 until I can try it out more. Bought a Orbi and it has Disney circle. Download app, logged onto my router through the app and I get something went wrong. Nothing else. I have att fiber. Maybe it’s the double nat I have that this app doesn’t work with.
  • Very buggy upgrade & no ads block anymore

    By Stop .working
Now I was reversed to basic even though I had the monthly premium subscription. So I tried their annual subscription, it still shows me as basic even Apple is showing that I have the subscription. Another very annoying thing is that the new version took out the ability to block ads. Update: their support got back to me saying ad blocking is no longer supported. Just like that.
  • It Semi-Works

    By Mike Bowden
The biggest gripe I have with the circle app is how long it takes to just load. Once you open it, you sit and sit and sit some more while it does whatever it’s doing. Even on the same network, or having the main device hard lined, it takes a good minute and a half just to login. When you do anything inside the app it’s like it’s computing pi to 10,000 decimal places each time, it’s just slow.... you would think that with all the monthly fees and hardware costs, that they’d at least get the app right... nope. With all that said, it does work and it does block about 95% of what it should. It for sure needs work, hopefully they will resolve the issues we’ve been having. Not like there’s another option out there, which is probably why they aren’t in any rush.
  • Problems with time limits

    By FullHouseOfCards
Whenever I set up my sons profile and get to the time limits screen, when I get the pop-up asking if I want to apply current time limits to the weekend, regardless if I select yes or no, the app force closes on me. Signed up for a 30-day trial, but it’s not looking good that I’ll go beyond that if this is an indication of the how the app performs.
  • Not reliable enough to be trusted

    By Ashmoore1
This would be great if it worked but there are so many bugs that you can’t rely on it. It keeps dropping the filters I select and allows full access. Tried the full version and it changed all the log times to UTC instead of local time.
  • Doesn't seem to work all that well

    By seattleonmymind74356
Doesn't seem to work all that well. I got circle not knowing that it may not work well with our cable router. But once I learned that, I read about the workaround which was disabling one of the two thingies (technical term) our cable router uses. So I logged into our router and turned off access to the 5 thingie but left the 2.4 thingie. Whelp, circle still doesn't work consistently. Ive tried googling things that shouldn't come up and they will. On top of all of that, the major bummer for us is that circle doesn't stop apps that don't use the internet or that only need the Internet occasionally. We allow a lot of off internet apps and circle can do nothing to restrict those. Time limits won't apply for those either. It's my fault for not realizing that circle wouldn't work for that purpose, But still a bummer. It would be nice if there was something that could totally lock down my kids iPads and other gadgets instead of just turning off the Internet. Instead I've just decided we need to be technology free during the week. So circle hasn't really helped us at all. But it had made me realize that we have been using too much technology and I need to step up my parenting game.
  • Not good

    By Quentin Hapsberg
Only thing that seems to work is filtering explicit material which is good. Purchase and pay currently for premium. No support at all. Bedtime function used to work, no longer does. Support sends you to netgear that sends you to community page to try and figure it out. How do you charge a monthly fee and have no support? Great idea but not working.
  • Circle user and parent

    By nabelay
Circle disconnects and reconnects every few days. This is disturbing. Also i am not able to add another admin (my wife).
