Cannot delete. Have to do forced shutdown of macpro.

The app has been totally stable and small. I like this app, because I like having a status light to glance at about my rather elaborate home network built around an enterprise switch, wired router, and WiFi router. At a glance I can see by the status exactly where a problem would be, which is always the ISP, but very rarely. lol

I like to use this app.

For the price asked it does very little. It basically says if your internet connection is alive (there's other tools that do that for less, or even free). The icon doesn't indicate through which connection you're online (ethernet, wifi, other), or even what connections are active. E.g. right now I have both Ethernet and WiFi connected but the menu it only shows Ethernet. The icon has no way of indicating which connection is active, which I would consider pretty basic - simply changing the symbol to indicate wired vs wireless etc. Not a bad app but disappointing.

Handy for knowing when the connection drops. I'm two floors above my fiber modem, so it's an easier way to keep tabs on the connection.

Easy install and works Great

I’ve had Internet Status for five years. Right now, I use v5.6. Actually, I have I'net Stat. installed on both my iMac Pro and my MacBook Pro. To know my connection status, I look to see the indicator color. It's a great little utilty that has workd flawlessly for me on all my Macs and as far back as Mac OS10.12.
