    For the price of one hour with a trainer you have this for an entire year. You can adjust workout duration, muscle focus and gym equipment. It’ll tell you how much to lift, how many reps and sets and how long between sets. I’ve been using this for a month and think it’s the best. The link with Apple Watch is perfect.

    Love the mix the app gives me. I’m doing exercises I never would have done before and the workout mix keeps it fresh. Only thing I wish is the that the app would add Heavy Bag to the equipment options. 5 stars nonetheless.

  • Max effort adds a lot to the app

    I like the max effort days and exertion rating being added to the app. I have been hesitant to let fitbod program my workouts independently. I don’t think the app will be able to progress you without any testing. The max effort days looks like a good implementation of testing. I am a diy kind of guy and like the function of the app now. Another big plus is being able to see upcoming workouts and swap out the current workout. Fitbod has made big moves in the right direction👍. My dream feature is to see rest/ cardio/ conditioning scheduled. I am on full body strength training 3 days a week. So I would like the full body workout one day then maybe a scheduled cardio or conditioning workout then another strength workout. I am going to follow the apps recommended workouts for a couple of months but I rate the current version of fitbod ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

    I’ve used this app while doing workouts at home (body strength/dumbbells) and now within the past week the gym. I love how it’s scheduled, has instructions for each workout, you can replace the workout with another that works the same muscle, and gives you achievements. I also love that it has different focuses based on your goals. The only thing I wish it did, was track rest days. Like physically have an option to add rest. I hate looking at my calendar and seeing blank spots! Other than that this app is perfect. Definitely kicks your butt and keeps things changing so you’re not doing the same workouts over and over.

    This is the first app or fitness planner that actually worked for me. It makes it so easy to work out because it is a smart app that learns with your progress! Simply amazing and it keeps getting better with each update! Highly recommend.

    I paid the 60$ per year and totally worth it!!! It’s the best!! If you don’t like something on your routine you can find another exercise to make your gym time easier!!
