  • Waste of time

It would have been nice to know before I spent a bunch of time creating a listing with pics etc, that it was extremely costly, and that’s to do anything, most apps at least let you read basic messages of interest for free, that way I can see if I even like the app and the people reaching out are legitimately interested in the room. I mean they could at least give you a free trial for like 3 days.
  • To much sugar for a dime

I can’t believe you can do literally nothing on this app without paying their ridiculous prices. Terrible service/support. Would not recommend if you’re actually looking for a roommate. Facebook roommate finder is WAY better.
  • Great app

10/10 great app ready to start sharing rooms and rent out rooms

Literally have to pay to use any feature of the app, besides then collecting your info and the initial post. Better off joining a FB group.

  • App is a SCAM

    By down withblm
They charge for every part of this app. Pay to verify yourself? Pay to send and receive messages? Lol this is such a disappointing app. Worst experience with something like this in my life.
  • Scam

    By great rave community 💗
This app is a scam. I had to pay to get a background check and then when I was getting notifications that I received messages, they were behind a subscription pay wall as well. When I tried to click “rate us” in the app it literally only directs you to messaging a customer service agent. If we have to pay for a “background check” why would we need to pay an exorbitant subscription price under the guise of “safety” as well?
  • Terrible Customer Service

    By TerriyB
I was reading through the reviews. It wasn’t the price that turned me away, but the terrible customer service. The responses are extremely unprofessional and should have been better thought out. Every response was defensive and did not offer a solution or answer any concerns. If you want people to download and pay, then I’d recommend being more professional and personable.
  • Broken verification

Paid like 15 bucks to get verified. Verification didnt work. Scanned my ID like 8 times on web. No dice. Downloaded the iOS app, and the upload picture button doesn’t even work. So i guess I’m out 15 bucks.
