  • Awesome concept cool app updates are nonstop

    This concept is awesome. I love how it brings women together to focus on their health in any capacity. The app itself and the workouts are great. The nonstop updates are frustrating. There are too many pop ups and constant required updates. Just let us work out ;) Another update? Less than 5 days after the last one. It feels like every tome I want to do a quick workout, I get pop ups to download another update. The app is great. Can we eliminate the weekly updates?

    This app has a plethora of workout options for you to select. I absolutely love the flexibility it offers as well as the scheduling capabilities. Also, if you decide to do a workout outside of the app such as biking, you can still log it into the app to keep track of your fitness. Likewise, if you’re in a rush, they offer express workouts! My favorite workout app by far, there are so many good things to say.

    It has changed my life! It keeps your organized and on top of your fitness, and literally has you excited to work out! I love the community aspect of it as well. There’s truly nothing missing from it and I try and get everyone I know to test it out! On week 12 of PWR 1.0 and I’m never gonna stop!
  • Best if you like to switch it up

    I love working out, but I get so bored doing the same things over and over! I love that the app switches things up within programs or by selecting a new program entirely. Worth the money! I would buy it 10x over! I’ve never stuck with a 12 week workout program IN MY LIFE and here I am on week 12! I also love that you can substitute exercises if you want low impact, there isn’t available equipment, etc. 10/10 recommend!! **To keep things totally honest, there are some glitches from time to time, but that’s the name of the game with technology. For the most part, I’ve had minimal issues and they’re easy fixes!

  • Love but update messed things up

    Ever since I downloaded the new update I can’t log back into my account. I keep getting a “bad portal” error message; or the app goes through the motions but then just takes me back to the login page. Before the update everything worked fine.
