    I’ve been wanting to try the Sweat App for many many months and I’m so glad I did! I’m on week 12 of Kayla’s BBG program and it’s been tough but I like it like that! I am drenched in sweat after every workout and I’m never left feeling like it wasn’t a good workout! For only being 28 minutes long, don’t let that fool you! They are hard workouts! I highly recommend Kayla’s program to anyone looking to tone up and loose that thought fat! I tell EVERYONE about Kayla. I wish I could hug her and thank her in person!
