    Menu prices are always 3-6 dollars more yet they still charge a 3 dollar delivery fee and a 6 dollar service fee. Just crazy how they can charge so much and still have more expensive menu prices than what the seller is actually listing if you go there.

    This past time I submitted that both my drink and fries were missing from the order. I was missing 2/3 of my order. So I rated my order and submitted that I didn’t receive those things. About a week or two later still no reach out and no refund. So I went through the help center and explained a part of it. Well your service team responded said no refund and closed the ticket. No chance to write back and I can’t make any more claims about it and there’s no where else to contact any support. Your app support is absolutely terrible. Why can I not chat with someone real time? Why can I not call someone real time? So you know what, I canceled all of my Uber Apps because you guys essentially stole money from me when the drink is the drivers fault and the sweet potato fries is the restaurants fault. You really need to explain when you’re “rating” the order that that’s not how you’re supposed to go about getting a refund. In fact rating makes 0 difference and does absolutely nothing because if the guy had maybe looked into my account he would’ve seen that I did rate my order within 24 hours of the order arriving. I did it right then and there before I even ate the sandwich which was only 1/3 of my meal. So I won’t be going through Uber for anything anymore. I’m using Lyft for rides and other food delivery services from now on. You used to be my go to, I even worked with the company but you just stole money from me.

    This app customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! If i could leave no stars i would. They have constantly told me that my food was delivered and i never received it or received part of the order or the food was soggy and inedible and was told i cannot get a refund. I was a member and they stole so much money from me i had to cancel my membership and delete the app. It’s sad to pay for something and be scammed by it. If you ever have any issues with your food not being deliver or the restaurant messing up your order good luck getting your money back. They don’t care and it’s sad. I’ve even called because the people you chat with will only give you a response they would give anyone and they blocked me from getting my money back. This app is a scam and a waste of money to be honest.

    The app stole money from me by cancelling MY order then saying I cancelled and that’s why I was was charged $30+. Terrible app!

    I've ordered from this app many times, at first they will give you the refund when your order is messed up. However if you are unlucky and multiple orders of yours is messed up, they don’t help you. I made an order from shake shack and one of the burgers was missing and Uber Eats charged me for it. When I complained they also said that this order is not eligible for a refund. Customer supports English comprehension is questionable, and didn't allow me to get a refund for that missing item.

    I had a order delivered late, missing more than half of my items and the safety seal broken yet received no help or refund except “we are sorry and will talk with the restaurant”. It was a bad situation that was made worse by the Uber customer service. Now that my ticket is “closed” I have no way of going back to try and get my money back from a meal that wasn’t delivered in full and that was tampered with.
  • Missing item and impossible to get help from Uber

    My order included a $15 drink, which was not delivered. Multiple chats and talks on the phone have shown it’s seemingly impossible to get help. I was transferred three times on the phone, and the all three employees seemed to struggle with how to proceed. I went back to the chat, and that person had to “transfer” my chat because they couldn’t help. This is not rocket science. I’ve never encountered this many layers of incompetence.
