Beware of signing up for the free trial. I was charged for an annual subscription the same day I signed up for the trial. I was not supposed to be charged anything as long as I cancelled the trial before the end of the 3 days and I cancelled the trial the same day I signed up for it. I have seen other reviews that mention the same thing and apple has denied my dispute twice and won’t refund my money. Beyond this, the app is mediocre at best and barely improved the sound of the video I was editing. The different options for fixes either made the sound worse or made such a subtle improvement it is hard to notice. So I paid $16 for an almost useless app when I wasn’t supposed to be charged at all and am very unhappy.

Original…I wasted my money! It will not download a 24 sec audio file from my phone. It just keeps saying analyzing video! Don’t waste your money. It NEVER downloaded the file! Update…the developers contacted me after my review. I will say the above comment is a bit strong but I was agitated on the fact I purchased something that wasn’t working properly. What I am trying to do is important. I am trying to enhance an audio file of a loved one whom recently past. I finally did get the audio file to upload and went through some of the “correction” comparisons. For me it honestly only sounded like it adjusted the volume because when I played it back at max volume it still sounded staticy/hissy. I have a newer iphone and the audio file was taken inside of a house on my iphone. Apparently it picks up every single sound. I am just trying to reduce hissing in the background and get the person speaking to sound louder. It worked a little but not as much as I was hoping for. I do truly appreciate the developers contacting me. Thank you.

I purchased an annual subscription and in setting up my new phone it’s making me pay for it again, same Apple ID and everything.

Worked one time then stopped importing videos immediately after even purchased the trial glad it was three days free and I was able to cancel cause this app is USELESS.

They didn’t give me the free 3 days…it didn’t work for my purposes and they charged me anyway

I attempt to clean up a video and it didn't work. The trial (free version) is three days. It makes you sign up for auto-renewal.

I wasnt going to sign up for a free trial if I couldnt even test one video first. I dont like to get stuck in the predicament of having to remember to cancel a trial subscription. I then tried to quite the app and it wouild not quit. I had to force quit the app. I deleted the app. No thanks.

Garbage app. Tried uploading multiple videos. Once selected, it says analyzing audio. It stays hung up on that part forever and never finishes. This is a garbage app that doesn’t work made by subpar reject computer programmers that are producing and selling this garbage to people. Don’t waste your money on this app.
