Just renewed my subscription 2 days ago and now it won’t allow me to open the app. I getting a server error and I’ve even tried reinstalling it but still nothing

I paid for this app and just the way it keeps crashing or I can’t access my workouts and it seems to be bugging out is really annoying especially for an app that has such great potential. I sadly canceled my subscription because it kept going out and I couldn’t use it and I felt like I was paying for a service I was not receiving. If it gets the bugs fixed and it doesn’t black out continuously maybe I’ll reconsider re-subscribing

I’ve been a subscriber for years. This app used to be good, until they got rid of plans from good trainers like Mike O’Hearn. There are very few plan options available now. And since the last few days, I couldn’t see any plans in my app despite being an active paid subscriber. So I logged out and tried to log back in, and it won’t let me. I keep getting a Server Error. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, also tried logging in on their website but no luck. I can’t access my workout plans and I’m a paid subscriber. I’m not renewing again.. Update: While the app was down, some of the subscribers made comments on Fitplan’s instagram posts about not being able to access the app. Fitplan deleted all comments to make themselves look good. That’s ridiculous!! The app is back up and running now and I am able to log in and access my plan. Upgrading the review from 1star to 3stars

The app was great until it stopped. Now I cannot load up my workouts or access the workout section. I deleted the app. Redownloaded. Cannot even log in with Apple or google. Basically dead to me.

I stopped using the app for a little bit because I noticed that there were no updates to my program making it very repetitive. I tried reopening the app today again and it doesn’t even open which is disappointing considering that I already paid a membership until October… I proceeded to cancel it so it doesn’t repay for next year since it clearly is not working.

I’ve been using this app for years because I like the workout plans but I am canceling when my subscription is up because it is so super glitchy. There are so many days when the app won’t even open on my phone. Fix the glitches please.

What the title says. The app is good but the hoops to jump through to cancel it isn’t worth it. I would avoid this!

I Think that this is a great app to start working out with it costs very little and it works great.m

I’m surprised that there are so few new plans coming out. I am hoping there will be a couple of new plans by next week. If there won’t be, I’ll be seriously disappointed. Other than that , I love the app.
