  • Could be good, but updating data is slow as he..!

    I’ve been a long time Chime user, or now, Lofty, the app has worked really well, until they updated to Lofty, now, it takes minutes to upload all the data every time you open it. And while it’s updating, the app is virtually unusable. They’ll be times where I need to call a client, but if I haven’t opened the app within the last couple hours, I may be sitting there waiting for five minutes to be able to do so, or even text them back. One star review until they get that figured out.

    I signed up at the end of December 2023 and my Lofty account is still not active in beginning of February. Their support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t response time is a week and half to two weeks. I call and leave messages for support and I don’t get return calls. I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work, feels like I’m being scammed. My website doesn’t work yet and their process of set up is confusing. Hope this bad review gets someone’s attention so I can get some help finally!! Terrible experience with Lofty so far!

    I have used many real estate CRM's over the years and Lofty has been top-notch! What I love most about this program is all the integrations to run your business. It's easy to create websites, post to social media and keep up with your database. It can be tough at first setting up the Smart plans because they're very detailed. However, it's the most beneficial thing you'll do for your business! I highly recommend Lofty, so if you're considering it, you just need to do it! Stop waiting!

    Your sales team has committed fraud. I have full documentation of the incident and am escalating this now due to your complete lack of response to this problem. Three months ago I reached out to your team and had specific questions about your company's CRM products and how it can be used within my MLS. Your sales representative blatantly lied and that lie was caught within two weeks of purchase when it became clear I was unable to operate your CRM within my MLS network without my broker also being on Chime. I demanded, in writing, a full refund and cancellation of all Chime services multiple times since learning this and instead you have had the balls to continue billing me for a service I cannot use due to your lies. Chime support has repeatedly ignored attempts to make this right and has had the balls to keep billing me for a product I am unable to use as advertised. They have one more business day to find a peaceful resolution before I take legal action against them.

    If you like a lack of customer support and the attitude that your business doesn’t matter this company if for you. Otherwise, you’ve been warned. Chime has the worst customer support I have ever experienced bar none.

    I’m a broker/owner that chose to do business with Chime Inc in the third quarter of 2022. I usually do not write reviews, but I’m at such a frustrated point at this point, that I feel that I need to say something somewhere since my complaints and support requests have been going ignored for over a month now. It is apparent that this company is experience serious internal issues. They are all over the place. It’s funny how a CRM company whose main product is a FORCED team centric package, rather than a broker centric package, is not able to keep track of their customer’s support needs and properly delegate tasks to the proper personnel. You’ll get an email 2-3 days later after a support request. If you’re lucky. If you call, you’ll get someone who cannot help you or you’ll have to leave a message. If they tell you they’re escalating something to an account services person, good luck getting them to contact you. And when they do, you have to set up an appointment for a phone call which may be as far as a week away. All while you’re continually being billed. Their main CRM dashboard is useless. It is cluttered with ads to either buy addons or their social media advertising services. While navigating their CRM you will click certain tools with the assumption they are functional, but instead they are once again a page for you to buy advertising. Then there’s the fact that if you buy the CORE package, their cheapest offering, supposedly you get 200 text messages a month per user, however, you are not able to use their text code feature to receive leads. Even though you have a company number and a minimal text package. They want you to upgrade to a dialer or buy a text add on package. Everything here is nickel and dimed. What’s worse if you’re a small broker, and because their systems base package is team centric, you have to upgrade your package to their enterprise version which puts you in at over $1500 and that’s with zero users. Those are extra. Seriously??? Last but not least, they intentionally prevent your users from being able to customize their subdomain website. They get the ability to MINIMALLY, and I emphasize minimally, customize their home page. This is so that the user is forced to upgrade their website for $30 more a month. I mean you are dealing with realtors with different service areas, different types of personalities, a business where it matters to make yourself stand out, yet they cripple that ability for the agent. Again, nickel and dimed. I seriously recommend that if you’re a broker that you look at other options for now. They need to get their stuff together and reconsider their package plans to be more broker friendly.
  • Chime app is great but opens my iPhone documents / files

    I really like the Chime platform and app. The Only problem is that when I try and open a document from my files on my iPhone, it opens the chime app attempts to connect the document, and name it, to a chime record. I cannot understand why this is happening. The only remedy is to delete chime app, open my document from my files and reload chime later. That’s the only reason for four stars.

    My experience with Chime has been poor. I’ve had the CRM for a large team for a couple years now. Services sold have diminished. While one on one contact now no direct person unless they are selling. We recently switched to another CRM, I have tried every day for 10 days to cancel my Chime account with emails and calls. The reply is that they keep passing it to the person that does that. Ten days. Not an acceptable response time.
