The workouts are nice if you can actually get into doing them without technical difficulties. You can’t mark workouts complete even if you did them. For example, if the app does not recognize you did the first workout in a challenge, but you did, you then cannot progress to any subsequent workouts. It does not work well with AirPlay and always crashes so you are forced to watch on a small screen and the workout is constantly interrupted or stalled. There are no longer workouts and the workout does not log as complete unless you do all parts, making it difficult to track and log several workouts strung together.

Horrible customer service. Wrote to them almost a week ago and they are ignoring me. I cancelled my subscription over the summer through my Apple ID and was somehow still hit with a renewal fee. When I requested a refund the day they charged me, I was told “too bad” because I didn’t cancel through their website. Sad when a company has to trick people to make a profit. Don’t sign up for this app or service. Even if you decide it isn’t for you, you’ll be tricked into paying for it. Edit: Asana is telling me to contact support for help. THAT’S EXACTLY WHO TOLD ME TOO BAD and refused my refund.

In the latest update Asana Rebel lost the ‘favorites’ selection on the bottom bar, so now instead of jumping to my favorites I have to click through 3 steps to go where I want. Secondly they’ve reinstalled the nag screen which requires user input to ‘finish workout’ as it has paused your savasana. So you have to sit up from rest and tap the button. Luckily though if you’re using Apple health and connected to your watch this is also where the app freezes on your watch. Great update man. They’d been dealing with connectivity issues forever but it was resolved for the past few months. Another weird new feature is that the music sound track to your selected class not cuts out after a minute or two. I’m a daily user for almost 500 days, and I’m pretty disappointed today because they had this stuff worked out really well. If those are corrected I give it 4 ⭐️⭐️ ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS WERE ADDRESSED AND REMEDIED IN THE RECENT UPDATE. Wow. When does that happen. Well I can not say never because it just did and I’m grateful and feel heard. My user streak lives on!

There’s no way to cancel and you will continue to be charged! Very un yogic and unethical to “capture” your clients and their money!

This app is very regular, basic and just like any other yoga app. It makes false advertising claims showing really advanced practices and postures but when you try to find it, there’s nothing like that on the app. Only your average “flows” (which are very basic and mostly for beginners- even the highest level ones). They promote something they do not offer and then when you complain and ask for a refund they say they cannot refund you. This app is not for advanced yoga practices. Edit: I did contact the support before leaving this review and after a few back and forths they said there was nothing they could do about it.

This app is great! I love the variety of workouts. I really like the 5 minute ones on days I feel like I don’t have time.

Terrible app. Wastes time having you fill out forms. Impossible to sort. Bad UI. Very stupid app

They will charge you even when you don’t have an active subscription, and there is no way to cancel your account or actually contact customer service. Can’t even report a problem to Apple because the page is not found. Hopefully PayPal will get me my money back, but at the very least I’d like a way to cancel so I don’t get charged again

On their instagram they are constantly posting videos of workouts that aren’t even on the app? I’ve had this app for over a year maybe two and they have not once added a new class or collection. Yet on instagram they are posting clips of new classes constantly?? Misleading. Get FitOn instead!!!
