  • Customer Support who don’t care about you

I had been a reader for 4+ years, loved the game and have recommended it to my friends. However recently I lost my game progress, I asked the customer support if they can help restore my Diamond purchases that was worth more than $70, they just gave a very short minimal response of no. I even took time to sent them all my previous purchase receipts and information through my iTunes account but they just ignored me. It’s one thing to lose 1000+ Diamonds, but it’s another to feel completely betrayed by the Customer Support who care little next to nothing about a long term royal reader.

The stories are good but they take way to long to get published. It makes me want to delete the app
  • Disappointing and polarizing.

I used to play nearly every book it seemed and would pay for just about all of the premium story choices and the cooler hairstyles and clothes in the stories. The main draw though was the stories. I do not like how every story in the past half year or so are all gender locked. While I have no problem playing as a female character in stories I enjoy, like Platinum and RCD, it’s disappointing that the game seems to have steered away from letting us play as guys entirely. I can understand men not being the core target audience for this app but the stories look to be getting more polarizing and more akin to ‘guilty pleasure’ drivel. I suppose it’s time to just give up hope and accept that the game has gone away from exciting, fun-to-play books with nice world building and freer character choice. It was fun while it lasted.
  • My opinion

Ok this is a wonderful game. It is well made and I love that there is different stories and “choices” so you can make the characters your own. The only reason I reviewed it with 4 stars is that I don’t like that you can only have two lives at once. Also I don’t like spending money in games and I never have enough diamonds to choose the things I want. A suggestion is that you lower the amounts of diamonds to use or not have them to make choices. And now for the grand finale to my review. (vrhjsjzshgdjfBhehuisjhfgfndjushhvhy3dsnjsidhfbvryuehjskjsnvbyyeie7e63hvhdu$(#83(&/$8#8&8((ueifnvurbdisjd)-;+:$)38lol

I really love this app but I can’t play the games anymore because I can’t afford the diamonds and keys. A vip free trial is needed and more diamonds. Really disappointed.

This game is so much fun. The stories are so exciting and definitely keep you engaged. Plenty of opportunities are given to earn diamonds, but the choices that you have to buy with diamonds are very high priced so diamonds run out very quickly. Maybe lower the prices by 5-10’diamonds? Instead of a dress costing 25, it could cost 15. I’d love if we could get keys faster so that I can keep reading/playing! Maybe shorter time between keys— an hour instead of three? The makers responded to my last comment very kindly. Thanks for an awesome game! I look forward to seeing the improvements you all are making.

I can’t think of anything better than this game. I’ll keep this review short, but it’s super fun. I wish I could get more keys but that won’t change the fact that I like the game. I’ve noticed a couple of changes in the stories. Small details but it adds more flavor!
  • Not enough romance

When is there gonna be more romance
  • More gems!

Make the videos give 15 gems per video because only getting 1 gem 3 times and 2 gems won’t let any of your users have enough gems for the choices. By increasing the gems more people would download your app.
