Still freezes up

I use to love the game until they took out my favorite part, the witch battle levels between Dorothy and the witch, wrote like 5 times to see if they are going to bring that back. No response

Why did you take my two hundred and something points before the days are over that is not fair , come on man, why do you take peoples points before time run out that is not fair

we need more gameplay

For some reason, the app reaches 43% and will not load any further on my iPad Pro. This started a couple of weeks ago. I enjoy the game otherwise. Please resolve this issue.

I’ve played this game for years and love it!! The only thing that I find wrong is that you stop allowing us to collect badges at a certain point that’s annoying if I have lives, I should be able to earn them by watching videos because I play for days to earn the points and I get so close and then you stop allowing us to earn badges so frustrating!! Please change this you guys are earning money every time I watch the video, so why would you stop it?

Have been playing this game for years…love it. Unfortunately, in the past month the videos you watch for emerald points freeze. After several attempts to contact the app support, this continues to happen. I have to close out and reopen game to continue playing. Annoying, with no app support!

System cheats you out of earned points. Accumulated tickets can no longer be spent for Oz Moments, so they are worthless. An email to Zynga resulted in them telling me “they have disabled this feature to serve me better.” Really? Magic butterflies are a waste now too, as they no longer help you to win, removing things you don’t need. I realize Zynga is in business to make money, but I have never seen a game cheat as pointedly as this one, and their greed is disappointing. I deleted this game after playing for over a year. And spending too. Update, March 2024. Still cheating. Removing.

Update: none of these issues has been resolved. It’s been months of constant reporting the same things. I a subiitting another feedback report. Any chance someone there knows how to fix them? App continues to freeze at 43% while loading. Also note, I am required to sign into Facebook twice, once when app is loading then again before I hit “PLAY.” This is very annoying. I submitted feedback several times regarding both these issues. Has anyone worked on these issues at all? I’ve been playing this game for close to 5 years or possibly more. There’s always been issues, but most were minor. For probably over a month, I’ve been reporting the game freezing when trying to “x” out of a lot of ads. I’ve explicitly explained what the error is, and where it’s coming from, yet nothing has been done to correct it. Today, for the first time, one of the ads was very partisan and an anti-President Biden administration. This is the first time in all these years that any game, especially a Zynga game, has shown a disregard for ALL users, and not just the ones they align with politically. I’m very disappointed with this company. If the issues the users report to them are not important enough to correct, then I suppose they wouldn’t mind losing a large group of them.
