This app has improved quite a bit since some of the negative reviews a while back. It now has good audio quality. It has excellent photos, with from multiple angles for some of the important works. The photos look quite good on my iPhone 13. I’m sitting at home, a long ways from Paris, but enjoy using the app to explore the museum’s remarkable set of art treasures and learning more about works I saw in past trips.

Spend the money on a rental from the Louvre. Not all the main pieces of art are listed. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the map. The speaker repeats words. I’m very very disappointed as it negatively impacted my Louvre experience. Should’ve read reviews first.

While the written details are informative, the monotonous cadence of the computer-generated voice detailing historic works of art that would have been spiritually uplifting ended up just being plain old frustrating.

This is terrible, and description is very misleading. The “audio tour” is read by a computer in an absolutely flat monotone. We couldn’t stand listening to it

A completely useless piece of junk. Don't waste your money. The app is barely a millimeter above the useless official printed map.
