You can never get in contact with customer service because ai refuses to transfer your call to a real human and if you do they’ll never resolve your issue. I haven’t been able to access my credit for months. I’ve been paying $25 to update my credit and for what? For a credit I can’t even access. I’m so upset.

The experian is app is great it keeps me updated and informed I love how we can dispute information right in the app

Other than reestablishing my password every time I sign on the ap is very good.

It’s nice having all the information in the app and for the most part it’s good but I get an alert from them and I am thinking that something is wrong and the alert is something like “alert you may be eligible for a loan” and I don’t really appreciate that. An alert should be for something that is a potential issue not for a loan opportunity. Also, you have to search for the sign out button. Not the most user friendly thinking.

My god this app spams me more with ads than any other app I have ever installed… and there is no way to disable them…

It’s a decent app. Although I won’t say it’s that accurate. I also, have issues with receiving a code when it asks for verification. I never receive it😐

Do not use this app, the most horrible app compare to other two credit bureaus, use other this one waste of your time, this app can never verify you identity use other two credit bureaus
