My phone number I used when I downloaded the app got disconnected. I got a new phone and can’t login at all. I no longer have access to that number and no matter how many times I try it won’t send me a verification code to my current number even after selecting “text this number” I’ve tried contacting, creating a new account, everything. I figured by using my entire social, all my previous info, it’d let me login but I haven’t been able to view it for a couple months now. My previous phone has been logged out of it despite previously staying logged in so I’m not able to change anything on the account. Help? I just want to login but apparently I have to make an appeal to congress, the House of Representatives, and get a signature from 15 different world leaders just to contact them. Every time I try to contact them, it just send me to a login page to which I can’t log in.

Downloaded the app tried to log in. After a whole day I am still waiting for the text to reach me, tried multiple times with phone call- text then text- phone call nothing works. Maybe they sent the code through snail mail.

Only worked once after downloading. Everytime I try to log in it says “technical difficulties” it’s been that way for a week now. I just use the website instead where I have no issues with it

My favorite app

Experian is the preferred app to use when checking in on your credit, HOWEVER, I frequently have to reconnect my accounts to the app. By frequently, I mean about 2 - 4 times a MONTH. Even after doing so, they’ll send you email after email about needing to reconnect despite the fact that you already have.

Impossible to cancel the subscription.
