I had an entire year and a half worth of tips logged onto my account and then I updated it and now it’s all gone):

Thought I lost all my 2023 data but thanks to Jason’s tech excellence, he retrieved everything and imported it to my account. I was super bummed I spent an entire year entering my data only to not be able to refer to it. Jason spent a lot of time and effort investigating and resolving this matter. Thanks a ton Jason!

Absolutely love this app and use it to calculate my hourly earnings every shift I work. I set it up so I keep track of which sections I serve in, & which time of day I work. Love how I can look at the whole month and quickly see how many days I worked and what I made hourly. I used to try to do this on a spreadsheet, but this is sooooo much easier and prettier. THANK YOU!!!!!

In the paid 30 day trial. If something is supposed to make my life easier and instead it is harder, it’s a fail. I will update my review if things get better. *Calendar does not sync *Connecting to support through the app crashed it *Lingo or choices with no explanation or definition in set up.

I’ve been using this app since 2016 when I started working as a server. I absolutely love it and never stopped using this app and never will. This has all the features I need without being overwhelmed with unnecessary features like other apps. Also, their customer service is awesome! So quick to answer your questions and solve any issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!

My ServerLife app had logged me out and I couldn’t figure out how to get back into it to log my tips. Jason was awesome and helped me restore my account and import my data from my old account. Very pleased with my experience with Jason!
