App doesn’t recognize camera, even when camera says it’s connected to the phone.

This app is no longer tended to whatsoever. It has seen nary an update in two years, and Apple has updated their iOS a myriad times in the same span. This behavior on the part of the manufacturer has rendered the product to which this is mated as obsolescent. Shame on the manufacturer.

When I got this (it was a present, I did not choose this), everything worked well. And then all of a sudden clocks are lagging and slow. AND the app no longer works? I can’t even use the templates. There’s a Facebook login option, which doesn’t even work. Update this app! And the software.

The camera itself is EXCELLENT. The phone only works with android. It’s an issue that can only be fixed by the app developer.

Though the app can install on iOS 13, it will not connect to the camera so it is a non functional app.

I cannot connect to my camera. Horrible app. Awful customer service and help. Not user friendly. Disappointed with purchase.

App is not letting me connect my camera

I have the camera and it's amazing but what's up with the app. It does nothing to help by not connecting. This app needs some work for it to work fluently

Please fix/update the app to support iOS 11 and above. I just wanna update my camera and preview my photos on the spot and I can’t do that if I cannot connect to it.
