Works pretty well. I like the features but it glitches out every few pictures I work on. And I always have to close out the app and restart it- On two different phones and one of the phones is brand new so I know it’s the app. But other than that it does the job well and I like the features of the popular hashtags and saving the hashtags for easy pasting, and the cool looking fonts and little decorative things

Ive been using this app for a long time and I like it. The user experience and everything But lately adding a placeholder reel from instagram is not working, it keeps loading forever and nothing happens. And would love to be able to add placeholder collaboration posts

This app is frustrating! I attempted to log in numerous times with the correct username and password, but it kept insisting it was the "wrong password." I even went as far as changing my password on Instagram, thinking it was my fault, only to find out that the old password was actually correct? Ugh, it was so aggravating! I had to delete it immediately because I was so annoyed. Thank you so much 🤡

I just paid for this app and my instagram feed didn’t load properly. Waste of money

This app could be great. But its not. It falls short in so many categories. First you cant sign up for the pro account unless you’re on a desktop computer. Why would you EVER need to only be able to upgrade a smartphone app on a computer. I don’t own a laptop, all I own are ipads. And it will not work. So I go on my boyfriends computer to upgrade and it won’t take my card. This is a sign not to upgrade. Its useless and honestly if I am having this much trouble now before even signing up there is no point in buying it. It is very clear they tried to be an all in one app and fell very short. Even if I enjoy the concept it is poorly executed. This app needs a series bug update because none of it seems to be working like it should. I tried uploading a thumbnail for my tiktok on the free version and it keeps changing my thumbnails. Im honestly extremely annoyed and this is the only app that even comes close to doing everything I need. Really sad honestly. The worst part is it used to be such a good app. Not anymore.

I bought Premium subscription but it didn’t work Have problem with login to Facebook , it doesn’t give me options to get to my commercial account… There is no support email listed! HEEELP

I just sent the below email to the company... we'll see if i get the support I need. I hope so because this app seems perfect for my needs! I recently started using your app and am frustrated with setting it up. Hoping for some help because I feel like what I'm trying to do should be super easy. Here's what I'm trying to accomplish: • I want to use the app on both my mobile device and my desktop • I want to use the app to manage three different Instagram feeds • I want to be able to toggle back and forth between the Instagram account feeds on both my mobile device and my desktop Here are the issues I'm having: • I was able to connect one Instagram account to Preview on my phone. When I went to use it on my desktop, I read that I could not do this with the free plan. I also wanted to connect my other two IG accounts so I can toggle between all three. It also said I could not do this with a free plan. So, I upgraded my plan to the Premium option, which appears to be what I need to do all the above since it says it allows unlimited users and desktop access. • When I try to link a second account on my desktop, it wants me to create a whole separate account, which I can do with the free option, but then I am unable to access that feed on my desktop, which negates the purpose of having paid to upgrade. • Next, when I sign into that second account on my mobile device, it prompts me to choose either a Pro or Premium plan, which I just paid for 5 minutes ago. Can you please help me understand what I am doing wrong? It can't be right that I would create three separate accounts to access IG feeds that are all linked to the same Facebook profile.
