This app really had the potential to be a great money management/budgeting app up until I found out that it doesn’t have an automated bill splitting feature. For someone that splits almost all of their recurring bills with someone else, it makes using the app an absolute chore when it could easily just have a split bill feature added to the “Create Rule” section. I put the suggestion in the “Suggest a Feature” section of the app about a year ago and nothing has changed. I’ll come back when the app is fixed and convenient.

I’m trying to cancel prime video and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions. It won’t let me. I can’t figure out how to do it.

This app has done nothing but cost me money and at this moment I am still trying to get them to stop taking money out of my account. Apparently deleting your account doesn’t stop the auto draft and when you go to customer support all you get is AI Customer service. It’s a scam

I really am thankful for Rocket Money for helping me with my bills and showing me where I need to budget and letting me know ahead of time what bills do when and when it’s gonna be coming out of my account it’s worth three dollars a month to have this Security on my calendar and in my phone so I can see what’s going on thank you, Rocket Money;-)

they say u can unsub from scrips it’s just one button.. no they make an appeal and will let you know two weeks later if it was cancled or not… just go and cancel them yourself not worth it. and the app is not free they make u pay monthly to use it 😭😭

This app has helped me organize my expenses in a way that I can readjust my spendings and savings at the same time.

Doesn't track all recurring payments

I did a 7 day trial and cancelled the next day!! For $2,012 dollars a year, we will find 1 random subscription and save you $384 dollars and oh, btw…they couldn’t even cancel the subscription! (5 stars for the marketing team and barely 1 for the company!)

Cant cancel apple subscription they are taking money from me without my permission and provide no means to find the subscriptions that are causing this it gives me notification but no means. to find where or what is causing this besides that apple bills werw charged and paid without permission
