I don’t like this app at all. I thought it was the official Fitbit app (because I’m unsure how to use some of this stuff without help at first) only to find out it isn’t. Additionally, I can’t even use it properly even if I did want to keep it. The only thing it is easy to manage is getting it to take your payment! Some how it did that, yet I can’t even properly sign in!! Really don’t understand why things have to be this difficult.

My Fitbit app shows I ran over 7,000, but it’s syncing to my Apple health only showing 3,000. Not working appropriately.

This app only works for iPhone. Even though Apple Health is available for iPad. Not sure why it is allowed to be downloaded to an iPad. You will waste money if you are hoping to use without iPhone.

Fitbit watch won’t sync with app

Unfortunately the steps synced from my FitBit to Apple Health will not sync to my Withings Health App.

In other words, it is not really a free app. Tons of annoying ads just to transfer steps. You also have to give them complete access to all of your data to do even that. You cannot specify only certain types of data or the app fails to work. Pathetic app.

Gave a critical review of 1 star when I noticed my app was no longer syncing. Noticed the RESTORE button. Hit it and now it’s working. Tried to update my 1 star review, but I am not sure it saved. As be promised, updated my review. Although a response would have been nice.

I was happy with this at first but now its writing data to my fitbit and just adding them each time, so every time i sync it just adds all my steps from apple to my fitbit and my fitbit is double and triple counting steps and i can’t fix it:(
