Lots of crashes and bugs and features that don’t work. Many annoyances too.

Of all the games I have ever played this is the worst package most expensive none of my messages work pm etc etc most glitches of any game customer service worst of any I spend lots of money all say payments successfully done then customer service tells me to uninstall to fix glitches so I uninstall then game won’t let me reinstall sends me to payments section apparently a payment that said payment success wasn’t so they don’t let me reinstall I get paid monthly so had to wait for next month till I could pay cost me hundreds was one of top players now bottom of list worst of all all glitches still there I can’t even talk in r 4 messages only chats that work are alliance and kingdom this is the worst game ever don’t waste your time or money only reason I gave it 1 star is because I didn’t know how to give it - star if so would have been - 100 😤😤😤😤

Kingdom 118 has an unbelievable amount of bots. It’s ruining the game. I am already a P1 and have spent a fair amount of money on this game. I will not spend another dollar unless they do something about all the bots.

I used to love this game, played all the time, but as COVID took over, I got busy doing others things and played less and less. When I switched from Android to Apple, the game fell even further. I tried getting my saved castles(my farms) back, but could only manage to get my main castle back and not the other three. One castle was in a different alliance, felt like I was being taken advantage of as the leader did literally nothing other than beg for resources. When I asked if they knew about farms and and the alliance resources like the allowance farm and mill, never got an answer, just another message to the entire alliance begging for resources. Left the alliance but when I tried to get it to my main alliance, the game said it wouldn’t let castles above a certain level move. When that happened I don’t know, no I’m getting really annoyed. Clash of Kings: The West, changed, and not for the better.

I’ve been unable to use my troops during an event. I can no longer participate in with no troops. All the work I put in down the drain.

K109 has the most bots I’ve ever seen in my entire life !! It’s a bot farm there. I’ve counted just for one person a total of at least 26 bots and nothing gets done about it. Also I’ve found that turkey pays 50.00 while Americans pay 100. There’s also a fact that Chinese pay 10.00 while Americans pay 100. They can’t say this is a lie because my friend just let a Chinese guy buy him a 10.00 pack that would have coated him 100 in US dollars 🤣🤣 that’s why Chinese over run the kingdoms so easily and build prestige castles and turn around and sale them to make even more profit

They have change things around I have been playing this game for six years.I have enjoyed it have made a lot of friends here but now being a P4 you cannot do sea battles you can’t do shadow island you can’t do a lot of things in it like you should be able to.stopBeing so greedy and just after money.. i’ll be gone if it keeps it up
