    I have enjoyed playing until I bought the festival pass and did not receive the 450 sims dollars. I spoke with the help line and was told if I did not send screen shots from pc or Mac they would not do anything. I play on an iPad. There is a record of my purchase. I do not see me spending any more money. I am not sure how long I play before I delete the game and move on.

    I’ve run into a problem where my passive sim, who was once a player, cannot be promoted back to a player. I can’t even select the sim, it’s like she’s completely transparent.

    Maybe add more clothes and maybe more clothes to choose from, because there is not much fun in making the characters in this game.

    Really enjoy this game overall, great!! I just wish they had pets. Like cats and dogs. This would make the game so much more fun!! Please consider that in the next update :)

    Have been playing since the release and I’m finally tapped out. Inventory is unmanageable. Can’t sell items, so good luck trying to find an item you want to display. Events unlock item colors, but not the items, so enjoy that hideous piece of furniture with no color options, cause it’s locked until next year when the event rolls back around. Maybe you’ll complete the mission then. Stories? Careers? Good luck, their locked and in some cases, you’ll have to open your wallet like I have. Enjoy retiring well-played sims for yet another of the same wasteful Heirlooms. Let’s face it, the Sims franchise in its entirety is a money pit, which will eventually catch up with EA. With that said, having spent money, the mobile version is not worth the money or much of your time. This far along, the game hasn’t evolved.

    Everything is okay except for the fact that the roommate race has very limited time and a lot of time consuming tasks. I’ve tried it three times now but I never meet up, I started the race immediately it started and now I have to wait extra 16hrs to start chapter 2? It’s not fair!! And it’s not like you’ll add extra time.

    The Sims Mobile is a little bit disappointing considering that the Sims 4 has a ton more of abilities. Though, I really do enjoy this game! Some of the quests though can easily get annoying. If I don’t want to do a quest, I just get notifications about it repeatedly. Not only that, but when my toddler is downstairs and I’m upstairs, I’ll frequently put them to sleep, and the toddler will glitch and float in the air downstairs yet still create the animation of the movement of the bed. It’s also a little difficult that when you put your toddler to bed, you’re adult sim has to stand there. I don’t understand why the toddler can be put to sleep, and the adult sim, sleep themselves, being able to move. That’s all my issues about this game but overall, I think it’s pretty good.

    I am torn in my review. The game itself is fun and for the most part I really enjoy it. I like the different activities like the Sweet Treat Showdown, Wumples quests and Festivals. The issue is that just about everything has a bug. In the Sweet Treat Showdown prizes will disappear. Money you have won in the bonus round adds the Sim cash or coins then when you log back in, it’s gone! The bathtub that had the bug of not filling up still doesn’t work. Your Sim hangs halfway out of it, it doesn’t fill up with water, you can’t place it correctly and you can’t change the color even though all colors are unlocked it is stuck on white! They fix one bug and 3 more bugs pop up! That is just one of many bugs. You contact support and this is what will happen: Person #1 - please send a picture of your issue (I already sent it but send it again.) Person #2 - Please start an in game ticket. (That is how I submitted the original ticket with pictures in the first place) but I send it again. Person #3 - Please tell me your player ID. (I sent player ID the first 3 times) but I send it again. Person #4 - please contact us on chat. (I already did) Person #5 - you get the idea. The madness continues with more requests from someone new each and every time. This continues for days and every time it is someone different asking for something different. Eventually you give up which I am convinced is part of their plan. Game itself gets 5 stars. Support and bugs get 1 star. I split the difference and my final rating is 3 stars.
