My child cannot install paid games or use the family app library. When he tries, he is notified that an authorization request will be sent to the family administrator but it never arrives. We have tried dozens of ways and it never works. A great limitation and disappointment

My son’s location doesn’t refresh timely

Consistently uses up the day’s allotted time without the phone actually being used. Highlights tab shows 0 minutes, but the phone gets locked anyway.

I appreciate this parenting tool!! We use it daily.

I love this app

This app allows parents to have control on everything their children has if your parents are strict like mine privacy isn’t even a thing for them if they find out everything they will get so mad I hate this so much my mom downloaded this and now I can’t have a ounce of privacy

The application is a wonderful tool, however I recommend to add writing and search access of what the kids are doing. Also to be able to restrict them from doing any kind of game chat that is not authorised
