To start off, I'm a heavy spender on games... somewhere in the bracket of 3,000 dollars a year, and do so happily. Until you created the "pack unlock" mechanic to unlock time grandfathered skins, thinking I could simply chose what one I wanted, I gladly spent 30 bucks to " pick out " the child of the fall skin for alucard... and was pleasantly surprised to find out it instead of letting me pick, gave me a skin for a hero I don't even own, and would never want to play, effectively my 30$ became useless rng ... You have enlightened me, I will not be spending money on mobile games anymore. Also your heros are under balanced and cool heroes like sun and Jawhead get no love in the skins department.

Hey ML. I downloaded this game a few months a go and I can’t stop playing it! Anyways, I think for the Oddete Jigsaw Event you should make it like 7 pm because I stayed up SUPER late just to get her (but its worth it 👍). Also the prices for the heroes should be cheaper. I KEPT PLAYING JUST TO GET 32k AND NOW I SPENT IT ONA HERO SO I AM BROKE!!!! All in all it a really good game. 👍👍

Server problems with lag and even worse with heavy battles. Graphics has been improved a lot but comes with lag so you have to de-tune. Fun to play and a lot of hero’s to choose from. New heros are usually OP so watch videos for more input for better strategies.

This game does not let you change servers. I travel out of the country a lot, and This game does not support switching servers at all. At least not on the iPhone. Even worse, when you talk to customer service they tell you it’s you’re internet. My internet is perfectly fine, everything else work but this game. Even other Moba games have the option, or at least care enough to add the option to change server. This game does not. On the outside this game is pretty flashy but once you play for a while, you’ll start to see the things this game lack. Server matching. It’s funny how I can’t change server, but I match with people in different servers. My game still connects to the server in the US, but my matches take place in the Asia server. This game automatically matches you with the closest server, but does not let you switch to the closest server. Because it doesn’t let you pick which server you match in, you never know how well your connection to that server is gonna be. Sometimes I get a server really close to me, and other times I get a server completely opposite of where I am. I can tell because of the flags the other players use. Once I start seeing flags I don’t even recognize, I knew right away that I’ll have lag throughout the entire match. If I don’t confirm, my credits get deducted. Then I have to wait to match again, but because I can’t choose which server to match to; I always get that same server again where I have bad connection to. It’s like an endless loop. I know I’ll get bad connection, but since I can’t pick where I match, there is only a slim chance of me being in a server that’s good for my connection. Even if I do confirm, I am forced to play with a 1-2 second delay. The chance of having fun and winning matches like that is about 1 out of 10 matches. That is especially true when the opponents doesn’t get lag, only I do. The matching system. Once you get into high rank from rank mode, the game unfairly match you with opponents in classic mode. What I mean is, I’m always paired up with new/low ranks for teammate, but opponent is always medium to high in ranks. I don’t mind helping new players learning how to actually play the game, but if I have to do it every single match; it can be tiring and not fun. Every match I’m in there is always 1 afk, or 1 feeding the opponents. High rank or not, you can’t expect 1 person to carry a team full of feeders/low skill players. This is especially true when I want to try out new heroes. By the time you can’t finally get started, the opponent is already fed to the brim. I know there is now a practice mode, but that doesn’t help you with actual game play. All it tell you is the skills, and help you test gear sets. When it comes to the actual game play, practice mode doesn’t help. I don’t like giving out free stars like many people does. I only give stars where they are deserved. I like the game, but when it comes down to the technical of the server/matching algorithms; this game is lacking a lot.
