    I love the UI of this application. It's pretty simple to follow, and this app gives you a ton of great information on fasting as well. The paid version also offers a ton of benefits and a more in-depth look at what's happening to your body during a prolonged period of fasting.

    Really only tracks how long you’ve fasted now how long you have to eat which is what I was looking for. The real reason I decided to write the review though was because even though I chose to use my Apple ID so they wouldn’t have my email they forced me to give them my email pretty unethical.

    I’m not a fan of the new dashboard. It makes me want to jump ship to a new app. Would at least like the option of the old setup where you can see your longest fast of all time, longest streak, etc instead of just weekly data :((((((

    I used Zero over a year ago and it helped me to track my fasting hours and patterns. I started using it again a few days ago. I like the easy interface although I sometimes wish the “start fast” button was in a more prominent place.

    I’ve had the app for some time now. There use to be custom plan options to choose from to challenge yourself but that has been taken away.
