Its a great app but when i upgraded to my iPhone 13 from my iPhone x its taking forever for it to restore my stuff and i have to leave the app open and my phone lite up or it stops uploading

love this app!

I’ve had this app for years with no issues then I opened my app and watched my 200 plus photos and videos delete one by one and there was nothing I can do. Customer service was no help telling me to reinstall the app only for it to still not have my missing photos. Provided the screenshots asked and was told my account was successfully synced, if that was the case I wouldn’t have lost all my photos.

I lost all my data when I bought a new phone although I backed up my phone !! I sent many emails and messages asking for my data but never received an answer !!! Never trust this app again .

I pay for premium and still lost everything I had saved

I tried to redownload the app and everything got deleted

I’ve reached out several times and initially I did get a response with a ticket# and some instructions on how to fix my issue. Also advising if I still had an issue to share a screenshot video. It took me a bit to get the video to send as it was too large for my phone. When I was able to get the video on my computer, I was able to email it (2-3 times now) and always referencing the ticket #. My issue is my basic subscription and account are gone- along with my pictures and videos. The App is requiring that I subscribe to the premium subscription- so you are holding my photos hostage and are no longer communicating with me. Judi Kensinger

Manufacturer will not respond. Says it cannot connect to server and all files lost.
