Would never recommend an app where the developers can’t understand the fact there are only two genders male and female. There is no “other”. You deserve ZERO stars. Do better.

Only using this app because the school district restricted use of other apps. It would be nice if there were options to tag someone posts or comments, to react to comments not just posts. Also the ability to pin important information to the top of a team group. Many users in my group have expressed the lack of notifications even though they do have all notifications turned on.

I am not getting any notifications anymore. I’ve checked my settings and tried deleting the app and redownloading it. Nothing works. I’ve had to start trying to remember to look on it at least once a day which sometimes doesn’t work if there is something that the coaches need parents to know right away.

As someone in multiple clubs that use this app, I’ve become acutely accustomed to the issues within this app. 1. Notifications from direct messages and group chats can’t be distinguished - leads to a lot of confusion. 2. No previews for posts in the notifications. 3. The messages don’t update automatically within chats - you could see a notification in your notification center in a chat, but unless you exit the chat, refresh, and reenter the chat, you won’t be able to see it. 4. You can’t filter the calendar - would be helpful so you could look specifically at events for one team when you’re in multiple. This app is *fine* for clubs. But just fine. Apps like BAND and GroupMe are much more efficient for communication, especially when you use that communication a lot. This app could use some work.

Be aware that alerts do not work. The app will not send you emails when you have email and alerts turned on and you will miss important notices from your coaches.

ADD TEXT MESSAGE NOTIFICATIONS!

Love the app. Except for 1 missing feature. You cannot “like” a comment left under a post. Very annoying when needing the commenter to know you’ve seen their message. Please add this feature!!

This app requires setup on an iPhone before being able to install on a watch. Not ready for my kid to have a phone but school is requiring this app for communication. Failure to support children’s sports activities.

Our baseball organization runs 4 teams and we all use SportsYou. It's easy to communicate effectively. The calendar links to my phone. I can set others as admin to help with various tasks.
