Tienes seguimiento de la cantidad de agua que tomas y recordatorios cuando entre el día a día olvidas hacerlo, en líneas generales está brutal para ti que comienzas y también para ti que ya eres experto en ayuno intermitente

I have been following BodyFast for a few years and what I like is that even if you “fall off the wagon”, which I haven’t done much of, you can get back to it and see results! Not just weight wise but health wise. Skin , hair, and nails seem healthier! My bone density test showed me having the bones f a 20 year old and I’m in my 60s. Try it and know you don’t fail you just roll with the punches and isn’t that what we do with everything that we do in life! God bless!

The app tracks the right things but the very light color of text used, combined with its tiny font size is hard to read. If the contrast were improved, or if the text could be pinched larger this app could be 5 star.

I canceled this program two months ago and they continue to charge me. I again have canceled this program. I do not wish to be charged again.

Very difficult to use the app. When I purchased they said I could cancel any time and get my money back. I tried it for 2 weeks using every day. I contacted them to get money back and someone deleted my account. I had copies of receipt and my email verifying purchase and no one will reply. Lost out on my money and they still won’t cancel the subscription. Can’t even log in anymore. Very disappointed and I’ve never written a bad review. I’m a nurse practitioner and would never recommend this personally or professionally
