    I am a coach subscriber and love the “set it and forget it” simplicity. The only frustrating aspect is the inability to extend or reduce a fasting period to match what is really happening.

    Doesn’t allow you to creat your own custom fasting schedule. It just has a bunch of presets. Complete waste of time. It also makes you fill out completely irrelevant information when you sign up. Serious fasters need an app that’s more customizable.

    I have only done this diet for 4 days but I already feel better I just wish there is more information about how much weight people have lost doing this diet and smart things to eat.

    The app is nice, but their terms state that you can receive a refund within the first 14 days, which they are now basically refusing to do.

    I think this app is great; however, because joining the Facebook support group was encouraged, I did. Not sure why, but there are a few bullies in the group who really make it hard to tolerate. I lasted a week and now I’m going to delete the app.

    I’ve never done a diet like this. I’m on 2d week and starting to get used to not eating for certain periods of day. I prefer late night and day fasting ending at 4pm as I’m so busy during day it’s easier to do during day. Knowing I can enjoy a nice dinner at the end of my fast period is a plus still getting used to the coach and have only lost 1lb but the help message I got says your body has to change so I’m getting the idea now I feel great too. Try to do a workout during your fasting period I think that helps too.

    This app makes it so easy. I’m down 2 pounds in 3 days! The only thing I do not get is how to do the challenges. I click on them but nothing happens. Only thing I would fix is making it easier to access the challenges to keep myself accountable.
