    I paid for the coach and immediately wanted my money back. The coach is just suggestions that any other app will give you for free. The intermittent fasting doesn’t really make any since in regards to normal intermittent fasting. The app is a little too wacky for real intermittent fasting.
  • Love this app. But wish you got more for the Coach

    I hardly ever leave a review but I love this app so much that I had to write about it. It’s very easy to follow and I love the different fasting options available. Especially with the Coach. My only recommendation would be that the weekly challenges provided alerts to remind you of what you’re suppose to be doing. For instance, if you’re suppose to “give you pet love”, it would be great to have a notification reminding me. Or to drink my water, do my squats, use the stairs, etc. I’ve emailed the app maker and they said that soon the app will be available for Apple Watch, which is great! The one other suggestion would be if I move my hours one day that it moves it for the following days as well in order to keep me in track for the rest of the week. Right now I have to adjust every day. I lost 7 lbs in two weeks and my stomach feels so much better (chronic stomach issues). Highly recommended!

    They claim a money back guarantee. Then eke. Yin search in how to don't. It says basically take it up with Apple, sorry it's not our problem.

    I really enjoy the app and it really helps motivate me to keep on track of when I can and cannot eat. However, I suggested this app to my friend who has the IPhone XR and it will not let her into the app. It’s just loading and stays like that.

    It would’ve been cool to be able to check out the app without having to pay for it. There are other fasting apps that are free that are cool, so I don’t see the value in this.
