What a joke. I downloaded app. I downloaded course I knew I was playing in a month. Done. Right? Yeh no. Got to course, tried to set up to track and all I got was “ course Needs to be dowloaded”. WTH? I t WAS downloaded a month ago!! What a crock. Do not expect things to work as sold.

R10 launch monitor won’t calibrate after update. Range sessions are often black screens.

UPDATES NEEDED: 1. Notes for an entire session. I was to be able to mark a whole session with a note for when I change a weight, lie or loft angle, swing characteristic, setup change, wind condition etc etc. it's hard to keep track of previous range sessions and compare driving results with different weights, loft angles etc., which is the whole reason I bought my R10. 2. Option to see all shot shapes at once after the session is over. I want to be able to see my shot shapes for all shots during the session at the same time, at least for one club to compare how a weight, loft/lie angle or swing/setup change for example changed my shot shape. I am trying to dial in my driver and I want to easily compare how weight changes to the driver head affect shot stability and don't want to have to go through each shot individually from each session to do this. Other than these changes, the app is relatively intuitive and works well with my R10 but these changes are critical to really make the best use of the R10 to easily compare results when changing a variables arguably one of the primary uses of a launch monitor system outside of simulators.

Great watch so far every course I haves played the Garmin has given me the correct yardage

The new home tee hero is great, but the practice range keeps failing..screen goes dark and no shots tracked

This app rarely works and constantly needs to be restarted.

The app won’t accept today ‘s date as valid. “August” “09” “2026”. I can’t create an account so I can’t use the app and pair to my phone.

Range results: Takes several seconds to do a simple sort for something simple like clubhead or ball speed.. who wrote this bad code????
