  • Massive Flaw: No TV Guide

How can this replace a cable box without an essential TV guide to browse upcoming programming?!? It seems so simple and intuitive to be able to swipe left on the channel listing to see what’s coming up, but nope. The closest you get is clicking into a channel (which switches away from another channel if you’re mid-show) to see what coming up next on thy one channel. I can’t for the life of me understand this omission. With the exception of some minor flaws, this is far and away the biggest drawback for leaving a traditional provider. Cutting the cord without a TV guide is a tough ask.

  • Requires mobile device location to work

This app was awesome on my LG TV until it required a mobile device to track my location. Once it did that; I pulled my subscription. I get that they want to know if I am sharing it will someone across the country or not; but I’m not obligated to give them my physical location or to pay them any money either.

What a scam...advertised as a 30 day free trial....no trial....couldn't get product to work....not very compatable with apple products. I never watched even one minute of video....called them to cancel my subscription....took forever....and to get a refund....I have to call apple iTunes? Did that.....still got charged! And still getting charged. What scam....and horrible product...and worse....ZERO customer support/service! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Loved the app when it worked, but for the past few days, I have been unable to get past the login page, even after logging in...

Ok I have 100mb internet and the video turns to 💩 a few minutes in. I want my $40 back.
  • Connection issue

Trying to watch a sports game on my tv but is extremely blurry and/or at time freezes. I can watch it on my phone with the same WiFi connection and be fine but why do I want to do that if I could watch it on my tv. Very irritating.
  • Great tv service - iPad app could use a few minor improvements

The service is great-streams really well. I love the On Demand feature as well. The interface is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. A couple improvements I would make to the iPad are: - slowness to close out of a show. Clicking the minimize icons takes a 3-5 seconds and the clicking the exit icon (or swiping the show down to the corner to close it out also takes another 3-5 seconds) - the progress bar along the bottom to fast forward and go back is not placed well on the iPad - if you try to use the ‘swipe up’ iPad iOS feature to get to the brightness bar to lower the brightness, it always hits the show progress bar and you lose your spot in the show.
  • Great replacement for cable

Much, much better guide then cable, way easier to use, way faster to find a program. You can customize your guide so your stations are in the order you use them!! WOW...could not be happier....oh, I can also stream to any tv, unlike cable.
