I have contacted support 5 times in the last 10 days, providing them images of the issue. The issue is despite “winning” levels, my stars remain at ZERO!! They haven’t responded nor do they list this as an issue in the game support area! I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it 6 different times in hopes it will eventually catch up, but to no avail. Support team is of no help and go silent when issues are reported!

Since last update the game has been crashing and freezing to the point I have to reinstall the game. 😡

I just LOVEE this game! So entertaining but,from time to time I feel like some super hard levels are impossible to beat. I have been needing 1 more move to win,and then we are out of moves. 😭 I love the little adventure things you can play while you’re waiting for your hearts,like the ones when you have to use energy to chop away things and complete missions!❤️💜 I was wondering if we could share moves like we can share hearts with our team?.. Anyway, I love love love this game, it’s just those few things that can be annoying. P.S I love that you don’t have ads!!!!!!!!❤️💙💛💚💜🧡🖤💖💘💟💝

There is practically no way to keep winning and progressing through the more advanced levels of the matching game and special events without spending money. It starts out simple to get you engaged in the story and characters and becomes progressively harder after you start winning. It also has lots of warnings and other manipulations to encourage you to spend more money. I like challenging games, but people should be able to play the levels until they win without giving up coins, lives, etc, all of which cost money if you can’t keep beating the game to win enough of them to keep going. If you want special rewards or features in the game spending money to get them seems fair, but spending money just to advance in the game is a waste in my opinion. I tried this game because of marketing in another game I enjoy that gives you as much time and chances as you want to progress against each level. However, this game is now deleted and I won’t be trying any others by this developer.

This is a fun game and relaxing too. The mini games are fun to play.

Wach a free video should be included in the game

Since i bought a iPhone 15 pro starting with the mountain camp. It lock up. Waited for event to expire before i could play again. Now its locking up on the next event.
