You have to upgrade the software so that it automatically will enter the first name of the contact into each message. So that they are automatically personalized.

Not only is this app easy to use for a technically challenged such as myself… When I reached out for help, I received it immediately and it was so clear what I needed to do. I got it done in a snap! I am communicated in mass with minimal effort! Thank you!

Because of the problems I had with this app, which were the last several I sent out, were coded as “not delivered” and turned green rather than the blue for iPhone, I deleted it and unsubscribed. Once I took those steps, my phone went haywire and I have had nothing but problems. Not any problems prior to using this app. I can only assume that the problems I am now having is due to the reach app.

I use this app to communicate to a group of people every morning. I write a daily devotional and this gives me the ability to send an individual text message to each member. All of the people on or in that group appreciate the fact that when someone responds, it doesn’t go to everyone else. and also makes look as if I have taken time to personally send it to each individual person. Love the app.

The google voice shortcut doesn’t work. I cannot get Reach to send a single message through it. I’ve done everything the app tells me to do to no avail. I really want to like this app, but I’m confused as to what to do from here as I do not want to use my actual number for the intended purposes.

I can reach out to friends and family quick and easy. I like that I can individualize each one with their name and make changes if I need to add anything specific.

This app is great for keeping a large group of people informed about something. My contacts really appreciated me updating them by text, something I could not do without this app. Reach is helping me in my business!

Hello the app was doing ok until I renewed my subscription and it didn’t renew the app so I had delete the app and reinstall but then it deleted all of my groups and messages. I tried finding a way to contact you all but the contact by email didn’t work and I couldn’t find other contact info.

Is there a feature or plan to hit “send to all” without having to press send multiple times?
