Very bad experience . I entered the credit card info to use this app which I never should have . But please don’t download and use this app .

I’ve installed this app numerous time on my iPad. It seem to be nothing other than a link to their web site. I don’t even get a logon prompt!

Since the developer says that they want to know, and there’s no easy way for me to contact them, I amend my review to note that the charging station where I had this disagreeable experience was in Reedsport, Oregon. I was attempting to use the CHAdeMO connection. As you can read in other reviews, this app is very clunky to use. For me, the issue is how can I possibly trust people who write software this bad with my credit card info? I have almost every EV charging app that is useful in North America, and, to date, this is not merely the worst, but by far the worst. Still, if one is in Vernal, Utah, and this crowd have the available electrons, what is to be done? Sigh. Also, stay away from the webpage, as only the smartphone app is really functional. Dismal, dismal, dismal. The Hyderabad-based “support” will frizz your hair if it is straight and straighten it if it is curly. At the time I write this, one of the preview pages that they use to illustrate this listing has at the head of the page, “Near By Sites.” Why not Near By Gosh? This has been such an amazing experience for me that I decided to read every review. And I did. What I found was that there are at least four reviews by shills (close family members of the CEO, perhaps) and you should ignore them with extreme prejudice.

The app and the charging stations are horrible. You can’t even use the app, open it, the links don’t work. Really bad. The App Store should not carry this app.

Unreliable, buggy, poorly designed. Find an alternative charging solution.

App is difficult to use and customer support is poor. There are chargers noting “fault” status and customer service says property owner must request service and property owner states to call 800#.

tried multiple times to activate a station and or open the app. having been a long time ev owner - i haven't ever seen it this bad!

Carrying around a bunch of rfid cards is old fashioned.

These chargers are a rip off, and they tell you there’s a $.25 transaction fee but then they also add on a $.25 processing fee which they don’t tell you about anywhere. The app is clunky and feels unfinished, like some newbie built it 10 years ago. It’s very strange overall. You’re able to use a credit card, but you have to jump through some hoops to get to it, otherwise you have to use their wallet which has a $20 minimum charge up. Sometimes you just wanna go up to a charger, scan your credit card, and let it rip. This is one of the most difficult charging experiences I’ve had so far.
