As someone who struggles with forming habits and managing ADHD symptoms, I was hopeful when I downloaded the Fabulous app. However, my experience with it has been overwhelmingly disappointing. First and foremost, the app failed to take into account my specific needs and preferences when they suggest habits. This lack of customization made it difficult for me to engage with the program effectively. Moreover, the content within the app felt overly simplistic and at times even patronizing. The messages and prompts often came across as shallow affirmations rather than meaningful guidance. For example, the reminders about "Duchenne smiles" and generic habit suggestions based on weather conditions felt disconnected from the real challenges face in forming and maintaining habits. Furthermore, the heavy promotion of their other app, 'Clarify,' which supposedly targets ADHD symptoms. Felt misleading. Upon exploration, it became apparent that 'Clarify' offered little differentiation from 'Fabulous' and was locked behind a paywall. In summary, while Fabulous claims to offer science-backed methodologies for habit formation, my experience suggests otherwise. The app's lack of customization, overly simplistic content, and misleading promotions left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I would not recommend it to others seeking genuine support in improving their habits or managing ADHD symptoms.

This app is really good at walking me through the day and bringing my attention to the good parts of me. Great prompts to help move forward and accept all of me

It has helped me tremendously with my weight loss goals, mental health goal and so many more. It gets me in a great routine every day and makes me feel so great when the congratulate you after completing daily tasks! And I haven’t even paid for anything! (Yet…lol)

Great app

Until I cancelled three months ago. They still charged my account for renewal even though I had cancelled my plan months in advance. Refused to refund me so I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

Just wish the animations weren’t so intrusive and that there was an option for a less visually “busy” interface (which is a bit of an anxiety trigger for me)

Immediately on starting the app, you’re bombarded with mandatory pop ups to create a “journey.” There are even more prompts to pay for a premium subscription, claim offers for a discount on said premium subscription, and the app is almost unusable without paying. I just wanted a solid bait tracker, which is clearly not what this app offers.

It showed up (after months of not using it) at just the right time. I had been thinking about starting up again and it just showed up this morning…still Fabulous!

I really tried to make this app work, but not only is it organized like a disheveled all drawer, the endless upsell is quite horrible. Even the second you sign up, their emailing you upsell that are confusing because you get the sense they come with the app but, no. I’ve never seen anything like this on any app before. Turns out these people have multiple apps so they’re a big conglomerate of hungry ghosts trying to monetize those in need of habit tracking. I highly do not recommend this app to anyone.
