Keep getting an alert message saying app isn’t installed I’m clearly using the app. Need to fix the freezes and bug problems. Can potentially be a great app if working properly.

Can’t really test it out with the trial

First of all, they are constantly giving you an ad type thing that says to get their $35.00 dollar a year premium. Second of all they make the intros/ trailers 5-10 seconds long, I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t like a movie trailer that doesn’t address like anything in the movie because it is literally 5-10 seconds long, now I know that might sound bad, but just you wait. I don’t think a 5-10 second intro for a show, or YouTube video is enough time either. To sum this all up if you are looking at the reviews and see this one I hope I told you enough so that you don’t get this app.

I had it for 5 minutes before deleting it due to the app not allowing you to upload audio from your files as an import. Such a simple feature for such a bad app that has been going for 4+ years now

I don’t really like this app because I wanted to make like a fake trailer and it popped up and I was like hey that would be pretty cool and that was wrong because it’s just this thing where you can make an intro even though I’m not even into that kind of stuff I just wanted to make a fake trailer so unless you’re trying to do what they wanna do it’s OK

They helped me a lot. I try using CapCut, but I’m not good at it, but this help to me. Thank you whoever invented it.

This is such a terrible app like to do a single effort like every intros is the same and every time I want to click on one it just puts in so it’s just puts a subscription that I have to buy I do not wanna buy it please make this a better app I hate it so much why are you do you even hate people that has no money to buy it but not everyone gets pro and then you want us to buy everything why just tell me why

I canceled this subscription and verified that it was cancelled and was charged the following day for a year subscription. These people are criminals. They lie and say they will return your funds but never do and forget trying to get your funds back any other way no one will do the right thing. These people are criminals

I really wanted to make some movie intros, and came to this. I saw it had 4 stars and I was like “ok, maybe this app is a good app?” but no. It’s real terrible for 5 reasons. 1. Almost every template is pro, and none of the non-pro templates I like. 2. Every time you click on a non-pro template, it pulls up the “Get pro now!” screen or whatever, and it’s really annoying to me. 3. I don’t really care about the watermark being there. But all the limited features like the song, text fonts, and other things? Totally frustrating. 4. You don’t get to make the intro longer, it just repeats along with the song, and makes it really annoying. 5. Finally, the thing I hate the most, is how it tricked me in the photos. I’m always hating false advertising, especially when one thing tricks me when it has what I want to do. That’s all I have to say about this app, and I’d prefer T-Jam Intro Maker more than this.

I have no problems with networks speed whatsoever. The software keeps giving me a network air trying to download some of the other categories of intro special effects. This is day two of the three day trial and I still haven’t got to use the software.
