No way to watch anything without a subscription (USD$9/mo) There are free options out there, so why should anyone pay $9/mo? Will uninstall, thank you very much

Love Britbox, but please add a GLOBAL autoplay switch. For someone who likes to nod off while watching at night, it would be nice to automatically stop at the end of the current episode. Thanks!

This app is fairly stable on my IPad but my complaint relates to the subtitles. The captions need to be a bold font and be amenable to having colors. When the captions appear on bright scenes or at least bright in the caption area, the captions basically become unreadable.

This App on Apple TV is so bad that I will be canceling my subscription to the Britbox service Why? on the Apple TV the app often becomes unresponsive not being able to connect to the server The only way to recover the app is to restart the Apple TV, this happens on multiple units hardwired and wirelessly connected systems. This has been going since the IOS17 update Help were absolutely useless so it’s time to cancel

I subscribed for a month to watch Coronation Street. I was able to watch for about a week on AppleTV and then I was unable to watch recent episodes. It keeps asking me to sign into BritBox, which I hadn’t needed to do for the episodes I already watched. I have given my email multiple times to reset my forgotten password, and I never get an email. I will never subscribe again.

Please Add Picture in Picture functionality

Super frustrating that there is no PIP in this day and age, so no use watching this on iphone without having to ahut the whole app down which often crashes it. I’ld probably end up canceling my subscription as this is super frustrating.

I deleted then reinstalled your app. Went to bed and this morning I am locked out again with your ridiculous we need to verify your identity screen. I will be canceling my subscription in spite of liking the content which is no good if you can’t get to it.

I love the shows, but the app is glitched with subtitles, and you can’t multitask without the stream stopping. It doesn’t do that however, through Amazon Prime.
