    The app is no longer being monitored. Have had the same issue multiple times and have emailed and no longer getting responses from the company. I’ve had 5 years of videos of my daughter pretty much completely lost. There are other apps that will do a better job of solving issues that come up. Keep looking. This is not the app

    I have had daily snap for several years now and have enjoyed capturing my years through this app and especially liked that you could add as many snaps per day as you wanted. However throughout the years I’ve noticed the app tends to be laggy/ have had issues logging in/ issues with loading snaps. In the past customer support has been pretty quick to help me resolve these issues. Now I am going through a similar issue and have not been able to get help at all. I was having an issue with the past snaps from my story not loading within the app. I was a bit worried since I had about six months of snaps captured already. I decided to try and delete the app and redownload it to see if it would help. Now I am no longer able to login and as I had mentioned I have not had help from customer service. I have received one email from them saying I need to be Pro to download my snaps. Firstly, I am Pro which they would know if they had looked into my account at all. Secondly, that is not the issue I have as all users should be able to see their snaps within the app. I am very disappointed with this app and it’s lack of customer service as well as the fact that it continues to have issues with the app itself for years that they have not figured out

    Giving 3 stars versus 1 because I have not experienced it however was sad to not be able to find a free version. I don’t want tonpa especially without knowing if I’ll like the app or not. I am glad to see different subscription plans (lower monthly cost) whereas 1SE gives you one big plan. Maybe one day they’ll give limited use for free.

    I have a subscription and the app and it keeps telling me the pick a subscription before I can use the app- but it already took my money and I can see I have a subscription that is currently active. Absolutely garbage.

  • Hard to use

    This app is hard to use and there are no instructions about how get started or to add existing videos. There is not even a “help” or contact us section of the app, and there are multiple email addresses to contact developers but I haven’t heard back in 3 days about how to use the app. No resources online either. I wish I had not paid for it!

  • I can’t even use it?!

    I literally just got this and I can’t even take a video without an ad trying to get me to pay money for pro, so what is even the point of keeping this if I can’t even use it?? I absolutely DO NOT recommend because I guess the creators were so into trying to make money off upfront people that they don’t even let the app work.

    I used to love this app! Now it will not allow me to generate my videos and just bring me to the screen to get a subscription! I ALREADY HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION. What am I supposed to do? I try to resubscribe and it tells me I already have a subscription. Then I try to generate my video again, and the same thing happens. Very frustrating.

    please help me download my dailysnap story. i’ve been a paying customer for 3+ years & i wanted to download my thousand day memory reel & it keeps get frozen saying “processing”. i want a refund for these constant bugs & not getting any technical support until i leave a apple review

  • Buggy and Not Useful

    Was so excited to use this app as they had everything I wanted and an aesthetically please look. Downloaded and bought the subscription(no free trial offered) and it doesn’t work at all. Tried logging in and it wouldn’t let me confirm my email. Finally linked to Facebook and it wouldn’t chess old photos despite me giving it permission. Big disappointment and a waste of 39.99. Don’t get.

    Ok so, I first downloaded this app in 2017, it was free back then and I loved using it until I started encountering some issues. The app would freeze, I had to leave it and reopen it for it to work again but then 2 minutes later, the same issue would happen again and so on. I stopped using it for a while but then took it back again in 2018 and it worked a bit better, not freezing anymore, but then a new issue appear, the video and sound would not match, which is pretty annoying when you’ve got a full month of recording your memories and now the final video product isn’t perfect as one can expect. Now, in 2020, I’ve decided to give the app a go again but found out it was now not free anymore, and I had no access to my old videos. I’ve decided to pay to access my old data and to overall give yet another chance to this app, only to find out, after paying only that the app is still full of glitches; it freezes, the sound still doesn’t match videos (that I’ve just “generated”) and to top it all, when I tried to tap the feedback button, I was met with an error message in Russian. I’m sorry to leave such a negative review but one would think that after 3 years, the app developers would have fixed all the issues but I see it’s not the case. I’ve immediately cancelled my subscription, just 5 minutes after buying it, but I would like to get a refund at this point.
