I have been playing this game for over five years, invested hundreds of dollars and since the new up date it’s not letting me log in with Facebook like I always have and I can’t add a back up account, I don’t know what to do I’m literally in tears right now…

Literally can’t even play because it won’t let me input a name

I only got this scam again after having a four year hiatus. Turns out all my progress was somehow deleted or voided, I tried everything I could to get it back but nothing. Fix your game.

I played this years ago and you can tell they’ve streamlined it and made it so much smoother of an experience. Love it!

I have lost 7 years worth of outfits and in app purchases. I had my account linked and when I signed back in? Nothing! I have tried clearing and fixing and nothing worked. All because one day I sign in and I’m logged out. 7 years gone.

I love playing this game. I used to play it back when I was a preteen, I lost the game because I ended up getting a new phone, and just now found it again. I’m happy they made a lot more updates to it since the last time I played.

I have played this game everyday for 6 years, I had it under my gmail account the whole time. Updated yesterday and it was perfectly fine, tried to log in today and everything is gone, it starts me completely over. So very disappointed, all time and effort and money just went to waste. I

But, and this is mostly my fault for going in guest AGAIN… I started again 2 weeks ago while on guest because I was afraid to share my email or whatever (my fault) and I spedran all the way to chapter 7 just last night. I opened the app and I was logged in but after the server’s 0600 time reset, I was logged out. Now I have to start again, I wish there was a skip tutorial option 😔 So, only complaint is that there is no skip tutorial option, not that I didn’t sign in. That was on me 🤓 (Update) I forgot I binded my guest account with my email! So luckily I got my progress back, but I highly suggest do not sign in with guest only. Never make the mistake I made. But yeah, skip tutorial

Ive been playing this gane for over 5 years and i always love coming back to it ill never get tired of it its just as fun as it was 5 years ago!!

Half the time the game doesnt work and i need to get some panda pjs or whatever so i can go to world 2 or something?? I dont even want them its pointless. And practically every message is like a new event or momo misses you AND I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING IMPORTANT. This is pretty annoying :p its honestly not as good as i thought it'd be
