    This app does little to nothing to stop incoming spam calls. If I have to go into the app and label each call as spam, than it isn’t worth it. I want the calls to be stopped before they get to me. Not have to go in a label the call that I already blocked as spam
  • Good idea but should be included in subscription, especially if it’s THIS buggy

    Can’t copy and paste numbers, phone calls that definitely rang and went to voicemail don’t show up and must be manually entered, etc etc. good thought but poor execution. I thought caller id was included in my overpriced AT&T bill to start with??

  • AT&T Data Breach

    The third party who handled Active Armor failed to alert me that my information was released in the last AT&T Data Breach. Experian My Identity alerted me over a week ago that my information, specifically my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER was released on the Dark Web via AT&T. I’m paying a monthly subscription for this with AT&T, granted through their third party vendor, and they didn’t alert me. How ironic? Maybe that’s how the data breach happened. This is the second time I’ve had issues with Active Armor and the first time I was paying $44 a month for the service back in 2020. Isn’t it ironic that was the last time they suffered a significant data breach.

    You’re not able to purchase premium caller ID with FirstNet. I have a personal account and not a corporate. Apparently, there’s no time of resolution for this.

    Biggest percentage of battery usage is this app. Accounting for 49% of my daily drain. Phone doesn’t make it past 6 hours and it’s asking for a charge
  • Still can’t add info to identity protection

    After more than a year, I’m still unable to add info to the identity protection feature. Emails to AT&T go ignored, chats are useless, even got in a voice call with a rep, but she was unable to validate my account in a secure way. Luckily the spam call function works fine, which is what I use it for.
