VPN Vs. APP Store

I know from communicating with your team, that VPN doesn’t have anything to do with the App Store, but for some other reason, I have to shut off VPN at times, so that App Store can function. Also I have downloaded avg mobile, and you have sent thru email another mobile download, but it won’t install. I get the retry page, like the page that the App Store sends me, when that app can’t function.

Avg mobile would not connect. Tried their support suggestions did not work. Need to speak to a live person and impossible to get too

Every time I run a “smart” scan with AVG security it says I have a risk. It tells me I don’t have protection while browsing (or no vpn connected) and shows a warning. Very annoying being that I actually SHOULD have a VPN on and it’s the standalone VPN by avg. One of 2 things is happening. 1) either the standalone VPN doesn’t work although it says it does or 2), AVG has yet to figure out that, although they include a VPN in their security service, that they actually are protecting the browsing with a VPN of their own just not being used through the security app but through the VPN app. Complicated, but seems elementary that this would not be fixed especially yet.

Do not waste your money on this nonsense. The app is a utter waste of time and money. It failed to accept login information that works fine on a computer. I bought the product with the understanding it would work perfectly on phones and tablets. It doesn’t.

I need a City that is closer to my home State, in order to get TV on my devices without having to turn off my VPN. I live in Kodiak, Alaska. When my VPN is on, I have to choose Seattle, WA, as my location. So when I try to watch my provider in Kodiak, Alaska, it tells me I am out of my area (even though I’m in the same room as my provider device) and blocks me. Please fix this issue. Other than that, please keep us well-protected! Thank you!
