The tracking is the most pathetic thing I’ve ever seen. Why can’t I just use usps or ups to track it instead of being forced to this useless app!?

App’s mostly, OK. Noticed more issues with app with last app update. So… fix teeth then; new phone & house then can concern self with apps…

I want to love it but the fact it wants access to all my emails to monitor for purchases seems ridiculous especially after I click to follow track shipping for purchases made with Shop. Frustrated!!

Very confusing using Tracking tool. Says delivered 2 hrs ago then next page says sept 1st? No tracking number no phone number?

If you have others on your Apple ID, the App Store download of this app only will use the first person’s Email and Shop Id, leaving anyone else unable to use the app for themselves. It will not allow a change of Shop accounts and automatically downloads the 1st person’s. Do not recommend. It’s really a zero star because it does not work. But for some reason you can’t give anything a zero when it truly deserves it.
